The N.C. Administrative Office of the Courts announced the Oct. 9 inauguration of E-COURTS, a digitized courts filing system. This announcement explains how both individuals with business before the courts and attorneys can use the system to file documents, get electronic copies carrying a filing stamp after they are processed, pay court fees, etc
