As contemplated by rules set out here for the Forum’s MJ Entrepreneurial Action Fund, a few minutes were taken early at the Forum this morning to draw names for members of the Grants Committee.

Eight people had volunteered to join Fund namesakes Laura McClettie and Maurice Jones in serving on the committee. Valaida Fullwood drew names from a bowl.

Members are Maritza Adonis, Maurice Jones, Rachelle Joyce, Laura McClettie and Jason Terrell. Named as alternates were Patricia Camp, Beverly Corpening, Shawn Greeson, Doris Shrivers and Keva Womble.

The Grants Committee is to report its decisions for 2016 at the final Forum in December 2016.
