The City of Charlotte announced that applications are due by Jan. 26 for the city’s free Civic Leadership Academy, which runs March 14-May 4 for participants “to grow in their leadership, understand how the City of Charlotte works, analyze issues using data, connect with decision-makers, and make a difference in their communities.” The Academy’s 13 sessions of 2 to 5 hours each will be both in-person and virtual.
