Longtime Charlotte civic leader Mary Klenz donated the funds to make breakfast food for today’s Forum as a remembrance of educator, school board member and Forum participant Richard McElrath, who died in 2020 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. Cris Robinson donated her services to prepare the food.
