This morning’s Forum was open to candidates in contested primaries on May 17 who had been unable to attend to which they had been invited. Among the candidates presenting this morning was Stephanie De Sarachaga-Bilbao, Republican candidate for Charlotte mayor. The candidate apologized for her video camera not working.
