Clerk of Superior Court Elisa Chinn-Gary announced in December that she would not seek re-election to a third term. The Observer’s Michael Gordon reported Jan. 29 that she had changed her mind and will file for re-election.

Filing for the 2022 primary election might open in February. Or maybe another day. Timing of the primary is tied up in lawsuits over redistricting maps.
