At a vaccination center in Raleigh, Dr. Mindy Cohen, Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, got her COVID-19 vaccination today, using her visit to the Raleigh vaccination site to encourage others to get any one of the vaccines when it is their turn.
