Cynthia Wallace addressed the Forum this morning at a session focused on the March 3 Democratic primary for the 9th District Congress seat. The Democratic winner produced by the primary season will face Republican incumbent Dan Bishop, who does not face a primary.
There are four people running in the Democratic primary. Not attending this morning’s session were Harry Southerland of Raeford, Clayton W. Brooks III of Laurinburg, and Marcus W. Williams of Lumberton.

Below is a portion of the Mecklenburg Board of Elections map (download full map here) that details the precincts that will vote March 3 in the 9th District election. Note that three precincts near Independence Boulevard may be split between the 9th and the 12th Districts.
