Laura Clark and Christian Friend are starting with the first tenants at Renaissance West – the public-private rebuild of the razed Boulevard Homes in west Charlotte.

They’re the faces of the family support efforts to be put in place to support families and children at the new apartments and senior citizen facilities, but also neighbors at Little Rock Apartments and on down the boulevard.
