The Forum does not host debates, but normally after individual candidates give their introductory comments, all candidates for one office who are in the room will share time during the Q&A, and often respond to the same questions asked by Forum participants in the audience.

Tuesday’s appearance by Patrick Cannon, left, and Edwin Peacock, did not fit that norm, and the results of the Q&A may have been affected.

Cannon was late. Peacock began with a short introductory comment below, then answered questions. When the Q&A concluded, Peacock left the room and Cannon gave an introductory comment and then faced questions.
