Digital Charlotte’s Alexandra Arrington sent in material aimed at two groups: residents who by calling 311 can get help locating affordable Internet, acquiring devices and troubleshooting; and volunteers who can act as Digital Navigators at the other end of the phone line. Nicole Peterson sent in a request that Forum participants fill out a survey to support research by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and UNC Charlotte researchers on “the Charlotte-Mecklenburg food system and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.” Online survey is here.
