Steve Johnston wrote, “I am astonished and humbled by Forum participants’ loyalty.” Current data on the Forum’s e-mail reach during the pandemic: Since the Forum’s last meeting March 10, 22 recipients have unsubscribed but 64 people have subscribed for a net growth of 42 to 1,439 on Dec. 1. The “open rate,” consistent for a decade, is unchanged at 22%.
