It was a rainy morning, but Vi Lyles showed up.

And so the incumbent mayor Charlotte made full use of the morning’s Forum to explain her goals for a second term, and to comment on a number of things she’s learned in her first term. Lyles faces Republican perennial candidate David Michael Rice in the Nov. 5 general election.
