Greg Schermbeck’s first job after college was in a CMS classroom for the Teach For America corps. Since then, he’s crossed the lines that divide public and charter schools a time or two.

His company is now shepherding Ashley Park (CMS) and Movement (charter) schools through a collaboration that benefits the families of the two schools off Freedom Drive. The YouTube video below describes a project that makes such sense that one might ask, Why does it take outside money from a big bank to make this happen?
