Three of the five candidates for Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor today explained their interest in the little-known Mecklenburg board, and in response to questions outlined their priorities. Five candidates, also including Doug Hanks and Brad Johnson, are on the Nov. 8 ballot for one seat in this nonpartisan race.
