On a ballot full of legislative incumbents, two challengers came before the Forum today. Each is a Democrat waging a battle for votes in a House district where Republican voters outnumber Democrats, but where Democrats plus independents overwhelm Republicans.

Noris faces Republican Andy Dulin; neither are incumbents. Green-Johnson faces Republican Scott Stone, who was appointed in May to fill Jacqueline Schaffer’s unexpired term.
