Willie Ratchford, executive director of the City of Charlotte Community Relations department, had invited Sarah Stevenson last summer to bring the Forum to the Belmont Regional Center. The 1975 building has a number of tenants, including nonprofits and city staff departments, Ratchford’s among them.

Today, as the Forum held its first meeting at 700 Parkwood Ave., Ratchford welcomed the group. The video from the meeting below is queued up to Ratchford’s presentation.
