Tuesday’s Forum began with a reminder of tragedy in Paris. It included a song, meditation time, an extended query about subjects the participants want to discuss, and a number of short presentations, among them those from N.C. Rep. Carla Cunningham, Commissioners Chair Trevor Fuller and CMS family advocate Carlenia Ivory.
