Five of the candidates on the Sept. 15 primary ballot for City Council Districts addressed the Forum today.

Scott Jenkins and John Autry are running in District 5. Rosa Hodge-Mustafa and LaWana Mayfield are running in District 3. Al Austin is running in District 2.

Steven Jones in District 2 and Warren Turner in District 3 were invited but did not attend.

Rosa Hodge-Mustafa’s arrival was delayed. Her introductory presentation occurred during the Q&A, at the place marked.

Below are videos from the presentations and the Q&A that followed.

Presentations

Q: What will you do about the increasing number of men pushing grocery carts around town?

Q: Why aren’t City Council candidtes more involved in school board candidate forums?

Q&A

Q: What will you do to convince council members opposed to mixed-income housing to support it?

Q: Talk to me about travel expenses, one of which was $17,000.
