City Council District 3 member LaWana Mayfield and at-large Council member David Howard offered the following impromptu explanation this morning of last night’s City Council vote to reject a proposed LGBT nondiscrimination ordinance. They also offered comments about allegations of price gouging during the CIAA Tournament.
