Millard House, left above, is executive director of New Leaders Charlotte, a nonprofit that trains school personnel and lateral-entry executives for leadership roles, chiefly for now in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
House was brought to CMS by Supt. Heath Morrison two years ago, but left CMS about a year ago when predecessor Eric Guckian became education advisor to N.C. Gov. Pat McCrory.
Below in two parts is video from the New Leaders presentation, along with some of the Q&A that followed.
Joining House were Latoya Caesar, resident principal West Charlotte High School, and Michele Mason, New Leaders’ Managing Director of Programs.
