Friendship Trays Executive Director Lucy Bush Carter announced at the Tuesday Morning Breakfast Forum this morning that the Friendship Gardens mobile market will return to the Transit Center in uptown Charlotte in March.

And when it does, it will be authorized to accept EBT cards, the successor to food stamps, in payment for the fresh vegetables it has on board for people passing through the Transit Center.
