Researchers explain efforts to reimagine public surveys

At a Forum largely focused on other matters, three Johnson C. Smith University professors were given a short time to explain a statewide effort to re-imagine how surveys of the public could be conducted. The goal, they said, is to better reflect the issues on the minds of the people surveyed, rather than the issues in the minds of those asking the surveys. The test case was a COVIC-19 Impact Study,

The JCSU team is part of an HBCU Health Equity Data Consortium funded by the N.C. Department of Health & Human Services.
