City Council Districts 1 and 2 have Democratic primaries but no Republican primaries on the Sept. 10 ballot. Those facing primaries in those two Council districts were invited to speak today and answer questions. Larken Egleston and Sean Smith in District 1 were both present. From District 2, Jessica Davis and Malcolm Graham were present; Jeremy Arey and Antoihnette (Toni) Green did not participate.
