In most discussions like this morning’s, people speak out of their silos and talk past one another. Today, there was some engagement across silos. Perhaps some more communication will occur in the future.

Dr. Betty Howell Gray advises groups on how schools can improve children’s lives. Sheila Peltzer advocates for how divorce courts can shelter children from the worst outcomes from family breakup. And Olga Billups finds ways to engage even the busiest parents in the lives of their children.

Dr. Gray had a handout for participants.
