2 House hopefuls in May 8 primaries

Forum participants had to get out of compare-and-contrast mode.

Two candidates for the N.C. House on the May 9 primary ballot addressed the Forum. Both have opposition. But the opponents weren't in the room.

Incumbent District 101 Rep. Beverly Earle addressed the Forum. Her Democratic opponent in the May 8 primary, Lawrence Brinson, did not participate.

Tom Davis, a Republican in District 92, addressed the Forum. His Republican opponent in the May 8 primary, Charles Jeter, did not participate.

of the year at the West Charlotte Recreation Center, 2401 Kendall Drive, Charlotte, NC
down the hill from West Charlotte High School.
