Tyler Ream on closing the achievement gap

Tyler Ream is the area superintendent for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools' Central Zone elementary schools. In a presentation Tuesday, Ream exuded enthusiasm that CMS will raise achievement for the more than 30,000 students in 42 schools under his care.
