Charlotte budget presentation

In this budget presentation on the Charlotte budget, Budget Director Randy Harrington was joined by Council members Greg Phipps, LaWana Mayfield and Ed Driggs. The three serve with Vi Lyles and Patsy Kinsey on the council's budget committee.
