Title 1 Briefing

Two CMS staffers offered a briefing Tuesday on the federal Title I program and how Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools uses the funds to offer educational services to the targeted low-income children.

Below are three videos. The first is an introductory presentation by Yvette Smith, CMS Director of Title I Services, Secondary. The other two are excerpts from the Q&A, which begins with a statement by Ron Thompson, Executive Director of Federal and State Compliance Services.
