Retired educator publishes Christmas story for all who believe in Santa

Martha Gamble Hall was a school principal, and she knows the techniques to hold the attention of young children.

Those techniques worked well on older folk as well on Tuesday as Hall read "A Note From Santa," which she has just published.

The children's book designed for children aged 4 through primary school is available at Amazon for $10.99.

The story packs a moral punch about being good. Its characters have names like "Sister" and "Brother" and the drawings, Hall said, are mostly designed to be multicultural and multi-ethnic.
